GDA Community Centre Re-development Project

GDA is urgently seeking funds to ensure its Community Centre in Barnwood, Gloucester, stays open when it sells half its site – its large car park – and a flat-roofed extension is demolished as part of the sale. Any delay to creating a new, smaller car park on the other side of our building, and relocating the Centre’s washrooms and other facilities contained within the extension, may force closure that could last months. The result of this would not only deprive 22 disabled and non-disabled groups of their venue, but also put at risk GDA’s financial sustainability.
