George Street - Floor

We need to put a damp proof membrane on the floor in our workshop at George Street. At this time when we have heavy rain, water seeps through the floor and the carpet becomes wet and mouldy. This prevents the building being used/open. We have approached an approved contractor to instruct us how to rectify the problem and this involves the skirting board and installing a tri-seal damp proof membrane and water vapour suppressant. The work will be guarenteed for 30 years.
