Giant Hogweed Control on River Isla

Giant Hogweed is injurious to humans and is a non native invasive plant which out competes natural vegetation along water courses. If not controlled river banks collapse causing bank erosion and siltation of salmon and trout spawning gravels. Our aim is to eradicate the plant thereby improving the natural environment, Biodiversity & biosecurity and prevent injury to the public.
