Gisborough Priory Project

Gisborough Priory Project’s aim is to restore Gisborough Priory Gardens and to promote Gisborough Priory as a community resource and major visitor attraction.

Their work involves clearing self seeded trees and undergrowth in gardens linked to Gisborough Priory and funding is required to purchase equipment to utilise the green waste from their activities. This will enable the group to make wood chips and shred cleared overgrowth, with the shredding speeding up the composting process. The wood chips will then be used to cover cleared paths thus increasing the areas of the garden which can be opened up to the public.
