GL3 – Serving the Community – New Kitchen

Community Cafe serves the general public with low prices making it affordable for all. The kitchen also serves approximately 30 senior citizens each day. We work with ‘Engage’ part of Aged UK who offer a day centre on our premises. As the café footfall increases it is becoming difficult to cater for both parties. The kitchen size restricts staffing levels due to health and safety issues. The expansion will allow us to offer a more varied menu and support young people on work experience. Always keen to help those with learning difficulties and young people not in education or training.
