Glasgow Necropolis

The aim of the project is to restore four historic mausoleums in the Glasgow Necropolis to complement restoration work already undertaken elsewhere in this historic and listed cemetery to create a heritage/history trail and comtemplative and historic greenspace for relaxation and genealogical research. The physical works will include removal of overgrown vegetation, removal of graffiti, ensure future structural stability, prevent future structural deterioration and prevent access onto or into the building by restoring cast iron gates and roofs
