Glenuillan Grass Pitch

Our project will deliver essential infrastructure at our new Grass Pitch, including energy-efficient Musco LED floodlighting, ball stop nets, and perimeter fencing. These elements are critical to ensuring safe, year-round access for over 500 club members and the wider community, including schools, girls’ teams, and local charities. The project is shovel-ready, with planning approval secured and match funding in place (£96,620 secured from Council this month). This facility will provide long-term social, recreational, and health benefits to rural Glenullin, supporting community cohesion, cross-community engagement, and sustainable club operations through a future-proofed, income-generating, shared community sports hub.
