Gloucester Park, Basildon - New Play Area and Trim Trail (006829)

The project is to enhance the current play provision in the park, helping create a modern destination facility for the town right at its heart. It will add to the existing children’s facility and ensure that play in the park is enjoyed by the whole family and increase footfall in the park and surrounding areas. More footfall in the park will result in more people being exposed to other community projects in the pipeline for the park. The applicants want to positively contribute to the health agenda by providing a free to use and diverse trim trail.
