Go Wild on Brayton Barff

Brayton Barff is a well used, wooded, public open space that is popular with walkers, dog walkers, nature lovers and families from Brayton, Selby Town and the surrounding areas. Whilst the site is predominantly wooded, there are also areas of heathland and meadow providing good habitat for birds and wildflowers. The project will work with the Friends of Brayton Barff to help manage the habitats, as well as provide some additional seating areas and improve some muddy sections of path. The Barff is owned in part by Yorkshire Water and in part by Selby District Council. All the proposed works will be undertaken on land owned by Selby District Council.
