Going Underground

Over the last couple of years there has been a gradual detoriation in the quality of the playing pitch, due to an antiquated drainage system. In 2007 a project was completed to implement new drainage in the most affected area. However, there is a need for a further project to complete to implemention drainage / sand banding to the remaining areasof the pitch. Thsi will allow us to provide a quality and safe playing surface for senior / junior cricketers, and to junior footballers that utilise the pitch.
