Goldington Reading and Recreation Rooms Project

Refurbishment of the Meeting Room to include the insulation of the external walls, double glazed windows and a new fire door. Provide heating, floor covering and decorate. Improve the toilet and kitchenette to include the insulation of the external walls, double glazed window and a new back door in the kitchenette. Lower the ceilings in both rooms. Provide a new entrance to the toilet from the meeting room and raise the floor of the toilet to that of the meeting room. Provide a hot water system for the toilet handbasin and the kichenette sink.
Provide electric hand dryers for the toilet and the existing fully accessible toilet. Provide heating, floor covering and decorate. Build a sloped ramp outside the fire exit door. : Provide hard surfaces to connect the existing concreted areas as a pathway from the side gate to the back door.
