Goodliffe Hall Alterations and Renovation

Alteration and Renovation of Goodliffe Hall :Ground floor: Existing kitchen area to be replaced by a new kitchen, accessible from both the hall and the narthex, and a toilet accessible at floor level from the main hall. The present kitchen has two serving hatches, the one to the narthex will be retained, the hatch into the hall to be repositioned. Parquet floor in hall to be sanded and sealed. First floor: Various redundant structures to be removed. New servery to be built, two new toilets created and safety work on the stairs. All flooring to be replaced.As the ageing central heating system will have to be adapted to accommodate the new structures, we propose to incorporate a zoning system to enable different areas to be operated independently with thermostatic control.
