The aim of this project is to acquire and future proof this building to provide a hub for the benefit of three local village communities. While the purchase has been achieved, the building has significant damp problems and faults. It needs a new roof, re-rendering interior work and redecoration. It is usable, but its continued use is dependent on these issues being addressed. The aim is to raise funding during the next two years to carry out necessary refurbishment. Only then can the charity grow its vision to help bind communities, bring different generations together and support their social needs. ECT is being approached to find drainage, main roof, porch roof, render and stonework.
