Gourmet Grazing at Woodside

The main aim of the project is to enhance the priority BAP habitat of lowland meadows at Woodside Nature Reserve through conservation grazing. Details of grazing: Livestock, suitably penned, will be deployed to enhance the habitat and improve biodiversity. Grazing will improve the scrub mosaic for nesting birds, and will also halt encroachment of invasive scrub in order to protect wild flower meadows.
