GPE0688 St Cuthbert’s Church Wild Woodland Area

Between Lytham Church and Lytham Cricket club there is an area of woodland which has become overgrown with invasive species which have overwhelmed the native wildflowers such as bluebells and wild arum. The event will involve clearing the invasive species and litter from the woodland, creating habitat piles from the large quantities of scrub and fallen trees and sowing small areas of woodland wildflowers.
