GPE0733 Species rich hedgerow management

The Birds Edge Countryside project is located on an abandoned garden centre nursery. It is a wildlife reserve designed specifically with disabled people in mind. This includes high quality disabled access and volunteers with mental and physical health problems being involved in volunteering work on site.This particular GreenPrints project will involve young people aged 16 - 25, including a number of disabled volunteers, laying 20m of hedge over two days in a traditional style.
