GPE0735 Willow Coppice for Bats and Tits

This is a project to manage an area of willow scrub at Seven Acres Local Nature Reserve. The main purpose of the project is to enhance the biodiversity of the site by reducing the dominance of scrub species. The work will allow new species of flora to colonise and establish in the area. The work will also create a mosaic of age structures amongst the scrub habitat which will increase its potential to support a wide variety of wildlife species.
