GPE0778 Fishwick Bottoms Taster Days

The aim of the project is to provide an opportunity for young people who are NEET (not currently in Education, Employment or Training) and engage them in activities within the third sector to encourage them to try new things, and attend activities they have shown an interest in regularly, in order that they eventually progress into some sort of formal learning (i.e. college, apprenticeships, job with training etc). We will be working with young people (16-19) who have expressed an interest in volunteering within a landscaping/conservation organisation, as they would like to eventually gain an employment position to undertake some form of apprenticeship.
