Grace Centre Repair Project (Phase I), Bolton

The Grace Centre is in need of high level repair works to protect the Building against further damp ingress, to eradicate outbreaks of wet and dry rot, and to restore affected timbers. The first phase consists of re-roofing works including any necessary timber treatment and repair; re-laying valley gutters and flashings in lead, replacing current rainwater goods.
