To safeguard and increase usage and public footprint of the site whilst extending operations and using Community Development as a tool to tackle substantial health, social and economic inequalities in Grangetown area Provide a safe, sheltered space for sport, community activities and play in a highly disadvantaged area Provide a place for sport and activities all year round, regardless of season/climate Engage the disadvantaged, disabled and BAME families to forge links with local people and integrate them into the local community and forge relationships and introduce young people to sport and elderly people from these communities into social activities
