Grappenhall Community Building Refurbishment

The project is for the refurbishment and conversion of the Grappenhall Library building (which was closed in March 2011 by the local council) into a community centre/hub facility for use by a wide variety of local residents. The project will involve a kitchen relocation and refurbishment, relocation of existing toilet, construction of a new disabled toilet, replacement double glazing windows, new fire exit doors, new flooring, move and replace boiler, move meter cupboard, new fencing, hard landscaping, external storage and garden equipment.
