To provide a modern practical and welcoming church environment on one level that currently uses three levels.
a) Extend entrance with new toilets, vestry/meeting room and glass doors to the worship area.
b) Move the current partition in the worship area to its original position
c) Build a new hall, kitchen and store on churchs adjacent garden land
