Great Rocks Social Club - Energy Efficiency Project

This project will make energy efficiency improvements to Great Rocks Social Club to help tackle rising energy costs and ensure future sustainability. Project works will include: • Replacing all existing external doors, including cellar doors and new fire exits that will also improve safety. • Insulating the loft space and cellar room to meet current local authority specifications. • Replacing external windows. Replacing internal doors to reduce heating loss between heated and unheated areas of the building. • Adding new hand drying methods in both toilets to reduce landfill waste. • Replace internal lighting with energy efficient lights.
