Green Streets

Green Streets is an initiative that uses greening projects to improve the quality of life for urbann dwellers. Green street works at the heart of the community with residents, businesses and partner organisations using street greening projects as a means of helping to tackle a rage of social, health and economic issues. Green streets produces sustainable tailor-made greening schemes to meet the very personal needs of each community. Projects include street trees, defensible space (containerised gardens enclosed by railings but visually accessible to all) green walls, environmental art, planters, hanging baskets, window boxes and hay managers.
