Greengairs – St Dominics Church Refurbishment

Replacement of heating and roof repairs of St Dominics Church was erected in 1958 and has been serving the local catholic congregation for the last 50 years. Due to out dated heating and roof leaks the church has come into disrepair, as very bad condensation on the ceiling causing mould.
The applicants would like to replace outdated heating system, allowing the building to “dry out” and helping to maintain the integrity of the roof repairs. To refurbish the roof, alteration of roof pitch, replacing existing roof covering.
