Greenlink Mountain Bike Skills Zone

The project will create a bespoke mountain bike facility that can be used by the local people, from beginners to technically skilled riders. It overcomes disadvantage in the local area by overcoming the difficulties of accessing similar facilities elsewhere in Scotland.
The project will be open to all but will be of particular benefit to the Greenlink MTB Club as its members will gain skills in obstacle construction and maintenance through this project.
The site is close to one high school with a second to be built in nearby land so it can be used by these schools as part of their sports curriculum.
