Greenside Community Center - New Double Glazed Windows

The building is an old building, built in 1925. It still has its original windows in that now are leaking and are not energy efficient. They are single glazed and some of the frames are rotting. To make the building more energy efficient and to get rid of the leaking ones, the building would benefit from double glazed windows. It would also improve the appearance of the building too.
