Grenoside Community Centre, Sheffield – Heating, Hot Water and Ventilation Upgrade (5300)

This project will refurbish and upgraded the centre’s outdated heating and ventilation systems, and associated electrical and control services. This will includes the replacing two gas fired heating units with condensing boilers and installing low surface temperature radiators with thermostatic valves, including remodeled distribution pipework and new zonal controls. Fresh air re-circulation will be added to the ventilation system, together with replacement and upgraded distribution supply air grilles. Larger hot water storage will also be provided with blending taps being added at designated outlets to allow improved storage temperatures.
