Griffin Open Spaces Project

The Griffin Open Spaces Project aims to turn underused, poorly functioning greenspace that have become subject to anti social behaviour into an attractive environment for local residents.

The project aims to

* Getting people engaged with improving and maintaining their local environment.
* Encouraging healthy lifestyles.
* Improving access to green space.
* Enhancing the quality of place, including the built and natural environment.
* Increasing biodiversity.

Proposed features included within the designs are grass earthmounds, stone walls, boulders, mown paths, fruit trees and wildflowers.

The project will also compliment and enhance recent improvements to the adjacent housing stock.
