The construction of a footpath with ground level lighting, across a small public park to provide dry, safe access to the converted chapel, which is used by the community for many purposes. These works include:- creating opening in existing park wall. to supply and fit buried uplighters. to construct new footpath and make good existing lawn areas abutting.
