Grove Hill Park Playground

Grove Hill Park in Otley consists of tennis courts, formal gardens, a bowling green and playground. The playground contains just four old, outdated pieces of equipment (a see-saw, springy, rocket and swings for 4 children) which are set on a surface of chipped bark and surrounded by a wooden fence.

The project involves removing the existing equipment and replacing it with 9 new, modern pieces (including swings, climbers, springies, spinner and multi-play unit). These will be set in wet pour safety surfacing. The playground will also include seating and litter bins and will be enclosed by bow top fencing with 2 self closing pedestrian gates.
