Grove Woods Playing Fields, Essex – Public Playground Refurbishment (007451)

The project will replace and improve the play equipment at Grove Woods play space, situated in the middle of a large community, and a part of Grove Woods. The current play space has become dated within recent years and requires investment to improve the site for a wide range of users.

The reinvention of this key site will see users return to the play area and enable good facilities for play, socialising and learning within a safe environment. This project will also reduce travel for parents and children within the area, alleviating the use of vehicles to travel to distant sites to enable safe play for children.
