Guide Bridge Theatre - Carbon Emission Reduction Plan

A programme of works to improve the fabric of the building to ensure a warm and secure space for user groups, many of whom are vulnerable. The project will help to reduce the carbon footprint of the building and to reduce energy
consumption. The works include, replacement windows which are currently have rotten wooden frames or need replacement windows where the seals have blown, industry standard compliant insulation to the roof void in the
lounge, (currently uninsulated). New internal safety door (Martyn's Law)
