Hagley Playing Fields, Birmingham – Pavilion Refurbishment (4987)

The project is to re-build the changing facility which is not fit for purpose. Built in the 1960’s of concrete blocks, unsustainable, inefficient and unattractive. The building fails FA standards, and not fit for wider community use. A new purpose built facility will support WHFC and create better community space with a sporting theme and benefit from landscaping and tree planting.
