Hailes Quarry Park Bike Track

Creation of a bike track, designed to appeal to wide ranging ages and abilities and use areas of woodland and mounding to blend the landscape. The track will also take advantage of the park’s location alongside the Union Canal cycleway, encouraging people from the wider locale to use the park. The track will provide opportunities for participation in outdoor activities, promoting health & enjoyment and significantly enhance the park’s facilities.

Creation of mounds by importing additional soil, finishing with blaize surface; removal of vegetation to create routes through the woodland to enhance the experience and promote feeling of adventure.
