Halberton Village Hall, Tiverton - Jubilee Community Room - Disabled Access & Disabled Toilet

The whole project is to convert a large room into use by the whole community. The part of the project that is being requested funding for is disabled access to include a ramp into the building, porch and doorway as well as funding for a disabled toilet.
