Hall Fire Precautions

To install a fire detection system and safety lighting.in the hall. The Memorial Hall was built in 1926 by public subscription as a lasting tribute to the fallen in the First World War and subsequent conflicts.The hall is used by many groups of all ages and gender and is open to everyone. The hall is available 17 hours a day, 7 days a week, through a booking system carried out by the hall keeper. During a recent risk assessment survey it was found that the fire detection and emergency lighting systems did not conform to the latest regulations.
