Hall Floor Refurbishment, Deafness Resource Centre, St Helens

This is a project to refurbish the hall at the Deafness Resource Centre in St Helens. The original 1958 flooring has now reached the end of its lifespan, with sections of damage across its entirety. The plan is to lay a more modern, hard-wearing, and easy to maintain flooring over the top of the existing flooring. This will allow the applicant to continue to hire out the hall to the numerous groups which regularly use the Centre as a community base for their activities.
