Hall Repairs and Refurbishment, Greenstead Green Village Hall, Colchester

Greenstead Green Village Hall requires repair and refurbishment of the following items to ensure its continued use as a valued community asset: Redecoration and repairs to an internal wall following water ingress; Replacement of old external timber doors with modern UPVC to help reduce heat loss, improve energy efficiency and increase security; Sand and lacquer wooden floor for longevity of use. The work will improve the facilities provided for all users of the hall and will help ensure the hall is maintained for the future. The repair and redecoration of the wall and re-sanding and lacquering of the floor will visually improve the hall, whilst the replacement doors will help to reduce heating costs for hirers.
