Hall Windows Replacement, St Paul’s Community & Learning Centre, Brierley Hill, West Midlands

This is a project to replace the windows at St Paul’s Community & Learning Centre. The current metal windows are at the end of their natural life, and are now failing to open (or close), which leaves the users of the hall unable to control the window opening function, thus resulting in them suffering the heat or the cold, depending on the time of year. It is proposed to replace the windows with double glazed units, to improve energy conservation and to enable the windows to be opening when the weather is warm, and closed securely when it is cold.
