Hambleton Village Hall Refurbishment

To bring about improvements to the village hall in Hambleton village through the replacement of windows and doors with double glazed units to make the hall warmer and drier for users; and to upgrade the toilets to help make them more accessible, whilst also reducing water and energy consumption, making the facility more financially sustainable through reduced bills.
