Harthill Reservoir Footpath Renovation & Improvement

The project aims to improve the footpath facility surrounding the major pond and thereby increasing and improving the access to the area. The current condition of the footpath seriously limits its use by disabled people, the elderly and families with young children. The project will rebuild the footpath with a new 1.2 metres width providing easy access and use to all.
