Hartington Meadows Grazing Grassland Project

This project aims to imporve the quality of the limestone grassland at Hartington Meadows Nature Reserve which consists of flower filled meadows, small wooded areas, quarries, a silica pit, walls and dew ponds, covering 33ha. This project will improve the facilities to enable cattle and sheep grazing with new fencing, gates, water troughs and pipes. An information board will also be installed to inform visitors.
