To establish a community cafe following damp-proofing to this wonderful new hub that has taken over an empty Brewery in this highly disadvantaged town. The hub will offer a public space for groups & individuals to access the internet (free), funding information, energy advice, undertake employment training and education search opportunities. The hub will accommodate social enterprises,voluntary organisations and small businesses to sustain its future.
