Hawkwell Parish Council

To provide improved disabled access to Spencers Park, Hawkwell by installing two Motorbike Inhibitor Barriers. The barriers, which are made of galvanised tubular steel, have been tried and tested and proved to inhibit motorbikes whilst allowing access to pedestrians and users of most sizes of wheelchairs and mobility vehicles.
