Hawne Park Footpath Development, Friends of Hawne Park, Halesowen

Hawne Park is a popular local Park within its community. At present there is no inclusive access on to the park which needs to be developed due to the ‘flood prone’ nature of the ground and the high usage of the park by local residents and local students to and from their journey to school, college, work, shops. The project will include installing a 176m long tarmac footpath from the Short Street entrance to the Scrolls Car Park facility on site. This will include suitable drainage (i.e. French Drain) and a bay for a park bench.
