Hayling Billy Trail North, Langstone

This project is the final stage of project #970456.002. Spending of the final £17.9k of LCF funds has unfortunately been delayed due to lengthy negotiations with the owners of the sailing club where the final section of this route will run through. The work is now ready to commence so we are applying to re-register the project as advised by Entrust at our last audit. The aim is to complete a 200m missing link of the National Cycle Network route 2 (Shipwrights long distance leisure route), a local commuter and leisure cycle route between Havant Railway Station and Hayling Island (Ferry to Portsmouth)
