Heage Village Hall, Belper - New Toilet Block (005276)

The project is in three parts:- a) to carry out demolition of the existing portakabin structure along with the removal of the associated timber link corridor. b) construct a new brick built toilet block with direct access to the rear of the Village Hall c) construct a fire escape ramp and appropriate protection railings which will allow egress from the rear of the building.
