Heathcoat Cricket Club, Tiverton – Access

Heathcoat Cricket Club needs to regrade and surface their access road to the clubhouse.
A substantial contribution is requested towards the total costs.
The road is heavily potholed and presents a serious hazard to road users, both vehicular and pedestrian. Re-Grading and Surfacing is required and also speed ramps.
If the work is not done the effect could be injury to persons or vehicles.
