Heather Vale Road Play Area Refurbishment

Refurbishment of Heather Vale Road play area by removal and replacement of play equipment, and installation of safety surface. The Council's in-house team will improve gates to avoid finger-traps and improve access. The equipment to be replaced is over 20 years old, becoming unsafe and is difficult to maintain. The amenity is a community focal point. New equipment aims to meet diverse needs of users, benefiting health and wellbeing.
